Proper installation and safe use of the products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Group9Performance suggests that the purchaser hire a professional mechanic to install the product(s) purchased.

The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Group9Performance for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. GROUP9PERFORMANCE MAKES NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER MATTER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT OR ANY MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER REFERRED TO HEREIN, OR ANY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED OR SOLD BY ANY SUCH MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER. Group9Performance shall not be liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

The modification of a vehicle with performance parts from Group9Performance (or other companies) may cause other mechanical problems with said vehicle due to potentially increased horsepower which may place additional strain on other systems in the vehicle. Group9Performance shall not be held responsible in any way for any mechanical problems or any other vehicle problems following the installation of parts purchased from Group9Performance. Group9Performance does not guarantee any state emission or pollution laws will be passed by a vehicle using any of its products not does it imply passing of such tests or regulations.

Purchaser agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state or federal courts of the State of New Jersey, USA, and that the Purchaser hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Once a credit card has been accepted, an order is considered accepted.
