The prices included within this website do not include shipping and handling charges or taxes where applicable. Orders shipped to New Jersey addresses will be taxed at a rate of seven percent (6 %). There are no refunds on electrical, special order, or used parts with NO exceptions!
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. No refunds after 30 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any order or portion of an order cancelled after it has been processed or package or charged will be subject to a 2.5% processing fee for all cancelled items. In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to return a product, you must first contact Group 9 to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. You can request an MRA number by sending an email to our customer service department at customercare@group9performance.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your Name
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for returning
- Phone number and email address
The following guidelines are required to make a return:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are in their original packaging
- Are not damaged
- Do not have missing parts
- Are not electrical parts, including bulbs
- Have not been scratched, scarred or damaged by installation
- Have not been painted by the customer
It is the purchaser's responsibility to see that any item returned to Group 9 is insured to protect the purchaser from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier. All returned items must be delivered to

All shipping costs for returned items are to be paid by the purchaser.
Refunds are issued in the same manner payment was received (ie. Credit to Credit Card purchase). Money order purchase returns will be refunded by company check within 3 weeks of return.
There are NO Returns, Exchanges or Credits for the following items:
- Custom made parts
- Special ordered parts
- Parts that have been installed and/or used.
- Parts damaged during installation (scratches, dents, etc.)
We make every effort to assure your satisfaction with your purchase and returns. If a mistake is made on our part we will correct that problem to the best of our ability. Some items may be back ordered for a certain time, but we make every effort to assure your purchase is shipped to you in a timely manner.
